The short version for the private beta

• Pro_ject is provided by There You Have It, LLC to the organizations we invite, free of charge during the beta. We may change or withdraw features, and the beta may end, with notice.
• Your organization owns its data. We operate the service on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace and for keeping your sign-in details and two-step codes private.
• Connected services (QuickBooks Online, Google, Dropbox and others) are governed by their own terms; connecting them is your choice.
• If your organization leaves, we provide a backup archive on request and delete the workspace within 30 days.
• The beta is provided "as is", without warranty; our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
